uPVC SPRAYING FOR FASCIAS AND SOFFITS

To find out more, or to arrange a free quote, please get in touch.

As uPVC deteriorates with light from the sun over time, it normally has a shelf life of just 20 years. It then starts to discolour; however, replacements are very expensive. Spraying your uPVC fascia and soffits can save you a lot of money and really refresh the exterior of your property.

Given the nature of the location of fascia and soffits, they are often the areas that are left a long while to be painted or replaced, but they can have a severe effect on your property’s curb appeal. They are also areas that trap a lot of debris and dirt, therefore often causing staining and faded colour. Spraying your fascia and soffits rather than painting, applies a more durable coating that is weather resistant. So, not only is it less hassle, but it is also required less frequently and far cheaper than replacing. All you need to ensure is that your fascia and soffits are secure and solid enough to be sprayed. Spraying cannot fix holes in fascia or broken soffits, so the boards must be in relatively good condition for us to be able to spray them.

If you want to spray your fascia and soffits to match windows or doors, we can. We can match most colours, so you are able to achieve a uniform look across the exterior of your property.

Take a look at our fascia and soffits gallery to see previous completed projects, then simply upload your pictures to our contact page and we will send you a free no obligation quote for your fascia and soffit spraying.  We have recently been awarded two industry awards - Best uPVC Sprayers in Yorkshire according to Yorkshire Prestige Awards 2021/22/23 and Best uPVC painting services company 2022 – Yorkshire in the Global Excellence Awards, so you know you are working with a company you can trust. HOW WE WORK

HOW WE WORK

We will clear the area and clean the fascia and soffits that we’re spraying. This is a two-part process. We utilise the cleaning products manufactured specially by the paint supplier, to clean off any contaminants on the surface, to ensure a perfect bond is created for the paint. Then, we rub it down where needed with a very mild abrasive to ensure that the new coating bonds perfectly.

We will protect areas with sheeting that are not being sprayed. Any nearby glass is taped up and protected with plastic sheets. Any adjacent surfaces are fully masked off, protecting from over-spray.

The paint is mixed with a curing agent for durability and dries in just a few minutes. Our paint is touch dry within seconds. We will apply as many coats as necessary to ensure the desired finish.

We pride ourselves on our after-care service and we will follow up with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction with your fascia and soffit spraying.

There is a wide choice of colours you could choose from. We can match to over 300 British Standard colours, click here to take look. We also cover any colour on the RAL Colour Chart, Farrow and Ball Colour Chart and Little Greene Company Colour Chart. Please note, where the ever-popular Farrow and Ball and Little Greene colours are used, we do not use these branded paints, we use a colour matching service as they are not fit for purpose to be used directly through our professional equipment, with the paint being a domestic, often water-based paint. Just click on the links to take a look. (links)

You may also want to take a look at some of our previous work in our gallery, as they may inspire your colour choice.

If you have existing windows or doors that you want to match, we can do that. You may also have seen a particular colour that you like, and we will do our very best to get as near as possible to this match for you. We strongly advise that you physically look at paint’s samples and colour charts in situ in your home to ensure you select the right colour. Electronic devices and lighting can vary in terms of their representation. Colour-matching is used on all colours except RAL and allows for a 5-15% tolerance. We cannot be held responsible for any change of mind once the job is completed, so take the time to make the right choice. The finish we use is a low satin sheen as standard, unless specified on booking.
